Do the hard things. Especially when no one is watching.

The Men’s Code 05: Discipline Heavyweight T-Shirt is a men’s discipline graphic tee built around self-control, consistency, accountability, and the daily work that turns intention into character.

The statement back design centers a powerful lion against rugged American-inspired imagery—a fitting symbol for strength under control—around the fifth principle in The Codes:

CODE 05 — DISCIPLINE

Discipline is what happens after motivation leaves.

It's getting up and doing the work anyway. Keeping your word when nobody would know if you didn't. Controlling your focus when distractions are easier. Choosing progress over excuses and consistency over convenience.

Because character isn't built by what you intend to do.

It's built by what you repeatedly do.

The artwork carries the principles behind the Code:

WHAT YOU DO DAILY BUILDS WHAT YOU BECOME.

FOCUS.
CONSISTENT.
SELF-CONTROL.
SACRIFICE.

And the standard at the heart of this design:

DO THE HARD THINGS.

ESPECIALLY WHEN NO ONE IS WATCHING.

Supplier-provided measurements might differ by up to 2 inches (5 cm).

A useful tip is to compare these measurements with one of your own garments at home by measuring it similarly.

A Length

Begin at the collar on the top (high point shoulder) and draw the measuring tape down to the garment's bottom.

B Width

Start the measurement at the seam right below one sleeve and extend the tape across to the seam underneath the opposite sleeve.

C Sleeve length

Position the tape at the top of the set-in sleeve and extend it down to the sleeve's hem.
