1. Find your order confirmation

Keep your confirmation email and order number. Use the order link in that email to return to your order details.

2. Open your shipping email

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Open that link to follow your package on the carrier’s website.

Tracking is available after shipment, not while your item is still being made.

3. Allow time for tracking updates

A shipping label may appear before the carrier scans your package. Updates may pause during transfers between carriers. Orders sent in separate packages may have separate tracking links.

Can’t find your email or need help?

Check spam, junk, and promotions folders. If you still need help, contact order support. Have your order number, if available, and the email used at checkout ready. Fourthwall handles order-related support and fulfillment.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You do not need to create an account or sign in. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
